Established in 2010 as a property and maintenance company by husband and wife team Andy and Andrea Greenhalgh. They soon realised the need for a quality dedicated specialist in loft storage solutions and so created a new company just doing loft storage solutions. In 2010, Loft Boarding NW was established. 
Because of their unique raised loft storage flooring systems and fantastic customer service they soon became very busy and very popular in such a short time. In the past few years they have become so much in demand that they constantly have to keep extending their coverage area, not just in the Northwest covering all of Lancashire Manchester Cheshire and Merseyside, they are now covering Yorkshire, Cumbria and the Northeast and are still expanding because of the demand for their raised loft floors.

Because of the rapid expansion plans they have recently had to renamed the company to UK Loft Boarding Ltd to be more fitting with their national expansion plans.

They setup operation in Liverpool in 2011 to provide a much needed service in the Merseyside area.

Ideal for pre and post war properties, its very strong and very easy to construct over any type of old weak ceiling structure.
